OUR SERVICE AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Ultra Dojo DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. Ultra Dojo DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
These Terms, including our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ultra Dojo regarding your use of our Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Ultra Dojo relating to your use of our Service.
The failure of Ultra Dojo to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of Ultra Dojo, but may be assigned by Ultra Dojo without restriction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately.

When submitting User Content to our Services, you must comply with the following standards. User Content must not:
- Contain material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

Our moderation team has sole discretion to determine whether User Content violates these Terms. Moderators may take any of the following actions in response to violations:
- Remove or refuse to post any User Content
- Limit or block a user's ability to submit User Content
- Issue warnings to users
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user's account
- Report illegal content to relevant authorities

All moderation decisions following an appeal are final.
Users who repeatedly violate our content standards may have their accounts terminated and may be permanently prohibited from using our Services. We may maintain internal records of warnings and violations to identify repeat offenders.
We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights or privacy rights). This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Service or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
The Service may display content that belongs to third parties. You may not use this third-party content without the permission of these third parties, and your use of third-party content may be subject to additional terms and conditions. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party content, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
If you believe that any material available on or through the Service infringes upon your copyright, please notify us in accordance with our Copyright Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that allegedly infringes any copyright.
Ultra Dojo respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to our Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, We will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright-protected content.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by us or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:
Ultra Dojo may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event we remove the allegedly infringing materials, we may notify the person responsible for posting such materials that we removed or disabled access to the materials. We may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
